Studio Paradiso is the studio of painter, Wyatt Landis, a small art school for students of all levels, and a valued resource for experienced artists since January 2014.

We look to the Renaissance for guidance in regards to a value system based on skill, technique, innovation, narrative and emotional content. We believe in constant and consistent practice, but take time to balance art with life.

Studio Paradiso is well established, well equipped and well run. It is a clean, warm, and comfortable environment, known for consistently having the most professional models available.

Now in Pioneer Square: on the corner of Yesler Ave and First Ave, located in the historic Schwabacher Building.

The Schwabacher Building is an unusual four-story office/retail building, featuring two distinct Classical Revival facades, along First Avenue and Yesler Way. Erected in 1890 after the Great Fire of 1889, it once housed a leading mercantile outfitter for prospectors passing through Seattle en route to the Klondike Gold Rush. The Schwabacher stands directly across the street from Pioneer Park and the famous Pergola.

Today, the Schwabacher Building is a major stop on the Seattle Underground Tour. The Schwabacher Building is located near the Seattle Ferry Terminal and King County Water Taxi. It is within walking distance of the Pioneer Square Link light rail station, King County Metro and Sound Transit bus stops, Sounder commuter trains, and the Seattle Streetcar to First Hill.
